自Zaor死后，永聚岛上开始出现了母系政体的倾向。而Council of Matrons是Amlaruil的顾问群，由各亚种的女性长老组成。当然，宫廷里还是有男性谘议，但是没有很正式的地位。

就看Dragonet大人想如何诠释其特点了。 : )

large assembly awaited her: the surviving members of the Council of Matrons, representatives from each of the noble clans, leaders from among the elven warriors, even a few of the other fey creatures who made Evermeet their home and who fought alongside the elves.

女王快步走进王座室。一大群精灵集合在那里，等待着她：有Matron议会的幸存者、各贵族家族的代表、精灵斗士的领袖，甚至还有一些是同样以永聚岛为家，随同精灵们一起战斗的、同属精灵族群的生物。

Matron议会：Council of Matrons，这里的Matron是否应译为“主母”，以及月精灵皇室中有否该种制度，对这两点存疑。请各位大人不吝赐教。
