历时5年，Doom 3 MOD "The Dark"横空出世

Q: The Dark Mod是什么?
A:The Dark Mod是Doom 3的一个Total Conversion MOD,旨在营造气氛十足潜入体验，类似于Looking Glass Studios出品的神偷系列。
Q: 这是个游戏么？
A:严格而言，不是。 它主要是一个工具组，使的fans可以在中世纪蒸汽朋克背景下创建自己的任务。下好MOD之后，你只能玩训练任务，要想玩其他任务，你得分别下载（详情见我们的下载页面）。
已有几个任务发布下载，更多的任务将在未来的数周内完成。
Q: 要玩这个MOD都需要些什么？What do I need in order to play?
A: 除了TDM（The Dark MOD）以外还要有Doom 3的拷贝，以防你在当地买不到Doom 3, TDM也可以安装于Steam版的D3。必须打上最新的D3补丁。
Q: 我要想自制任务该怎么办？
A: 我们的团队专门制作了了一个编辑器 - Dark Radiant - 大大降低了fan自制任务的难度。请移步至Dark Radiant的页面：http://darkradiant.sourceforge.net/。
Q: 此MOD与神偷是一回事么？
A: 玩法非常类似，但是TDM发生在一个不同的背景之下。我们无意指涉任何神偷商标或Eidos的知识产权。TDM不是神偷 - 没有Garret,没有Keepers，亦无Mechanists之类。不过，由于神偷和TDM都基于我们历史的蒸汽朋克改编，两者还是大有相似之处。
Q: 自制任务时，我能使用Garrett， Hammerites之类的东西么？
A: 我们无法控制使用者的行为，但我们希望使用我们工具的人不要触犯版权法。我们不会给任何使用Eidos知识版权的人提供文件存储或官方支持。
Q: 有什么说明手册么？
A: 我们有一个内容丰富的wiki,上有许多玩家和地图制作者需要的信息
